Birthday Boxes for Kids in Foster Care

Every child deserves to feel special on their birthday. But for many kids in the foster care system, birthdays come and go without acknowledgment — no cake, no gifts, no celebration.

I started making birthday boxes in my living room two years ago after learning this heartbreaking fact. Each box contains a wrapped age-appropriate gift, birthday cake mix and frosting, a handwritten card, birthday decorations, and a small stuffed animal for younger kids.

Last year we sent 180 boxes. This year, I want to reach 500 kids. Your donation helps make that happen. A $25 donation covers one complete birthday box.
